Shipping Policy
NEXA CORE PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all locations across India where courier services operate. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: FREE for all orders above ₹499. ₹49 shipping fee for orders below ₹499.
- Express Delivery: ₹99 flat rate. Available in select cities.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
You can track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account. Alternatively, use the tracking number sent via email/SMS on the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be initiated (minus shipping charges for non-defective returns).
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nexacore-in.com with photographs of the damaged package/items.
